Across India, the samosa is not just food. It’s part of everyday life — shared after school, served at celebrations, enjoyed with family, and passed between generations. Every region has its own version, its own flavour, and its own story. Yet too often, samosas are treated as a generic takeaway item, stripped of their heritage and meaning.

SOS exists to change that.

At SOS, each samosa represents a story — of origin, of culture, of people, and of place. From regional fillings to traditional techniques, we honour the diversity behind a simple triangle of pastry. Our aim is not to reinvent the samosa, but to elevate it: preserving authenticity while presenting it in a warm, modern, and welcoming way.
